The Tenaha Tiger soccer team posted a strong second half Friday night, scoring three goals, in a 6-4 scrimmage setback to the first-year Carthage soccer program.

Jose Campos had the strong foot for the Tigers, scoring all four goals in the match as the team prepares to kick off the 2011 season Tuesday night in Hudson. There will be a girls match at 5 p.m., with the varsity boys getting underway at approximately 7 p.m. The Tigers posted a 2-8 mark a year ago, while the Lady Tigers were 0-10.
