The Joaquin Junior High basketball teams were victorious in their first games back from the Christmas holiday when three teams recorded a three-game sweep over Gary Thursday night.
The Lady Ram 7th grade secured a 14-11 victory over Gary and the Joaquin 8th grade girls captured a convincing 51-17 win over the Lady Bobcats.
In eighth grade boys' action, the Rams outlasted the Bobcats, 28-20.
