The Joaquin Lady Ram junior varsity team participated in the San Augustine Junior Varsity Tournament and dropped a 35-10 decision to Central Heights on Thursday.
Olivia Worsham led Joaquin with six points, while Anna Taylor and Meagan Cockrell added two points apiece.
Central Heights took an 11-0 lead after the first quarter and a 19-0 advantage at halftime. The Lady Rams (1-2) played better in the third, trailing only 26-4 after the period, but the damage had been done.
The Lady Rams were scheduled to play Central on Friday, but results were unavailable.
