Garrison runs 16th against tough competition

The Garrison Lady Bulldog District 20-1A cross country championship team recently competed in the Class 1A Region III Meet, placing 16th overall as a unit.
Kymberly Edds' league's best team ran well against some outstanding competition at the regional meet. Because of personnel needs, two junior varsity runners had to move up and compete for GHS.
The Lady Bulldogs were led by Morgan Bruce, who finished 70th, with a time of 14:27.8. Teammate Megan Davidson was 76th with a 14:40.3 and Bridget Bass posted a 15:02.2 for the 96th spot.
Garrison's Karla Avila ran 111th with a time of 15:30.4, Madi Livingston came in 130th with a 15:58.2, Kimberly Garcia ran a 16:41.0 for 148th place and Taylor Webb was 151st with a 17:07.1.
